Take a look inside historic Sheffield homes and gardens Learn about researching the history of your own home
Dwelling in the Past
Our January 2021 monthly program is a presentation by society member Lynn Wood, prepared along with her daughter Elisabeth, on their work investigating the histories of local houses. Their company, Dwelling in the Past, uses a variety of records to uncover a building's history, along with the stories of those who lived or worked in it over the years. If you would like to be put in touch with Lynn about investigating your home's history, please visit https://www.dwellinginthepast.com
